This week two of our engineers have been working on the installation of an intruder alarm at a commercial property in Walsall, West Midlands.
The intruder alarm addresses medium to high risk, which is a grade 3 alarm system, necessary for the customer to have the appropriate insurance cover. It will signal using BT Redcare, again specified by the insurance company.
Another week, another install.
This week we installed a new alarm panel for a customer in Bartley Green, West Midlands, who wanted to update their intruder alarm. They already had a wired burger alarm but wanted to update it with a new panel and outside sounders. Their new panel came with fobs that allow them to activate and deactivate the alarm without having to input a code.
This week started off with the installation of a wireless house alarm in Halesowen for a new customer. The customer gave us some very positive feedback on our service, which is always nice to receive.
No two weeks are the same for us. This week we have been helping two of our existing customers with their access control systems.
One of our larger customers in Birmingham had damaged their vehicle access barrier that we originally installed for them. They asked us to quote to repair it, unfortunately it was damaged beyond repair so it is a quote to replace it.
